Full-home renovations in Madrid · since 2012
Renovating your home in Madrid, in plain English.
Just arrived in Madrid, or already settled and ready to make the place truly yours? We take care of the whole renovation — kitchen, bathrooms, wiring, floors, everything — with an architect by your side, a price fixed in writing, and every step explained clearly. In English.
Free, one hour, no commitment. We reply in minutes, not days.
Why people trust us with their home
Priced line by line. Your home, done right.
From the very first visit you talk to an architect and a building engineer from our team — the people who actually understand walls, plumbing and timelines.
Your renovation is priced line by line, with unit prices fixed by contract. No vague lump sum to reel you in, and no surprise extras later.
You choose finishes and layout item by item, together with your architect. It's your home — you stay in control of every decision and every euro.
We've been doing only full-home renovations in Madrid since 2012. We tell you honestly what your home needs, what it doesn't, and in what order.
How it starts
A free technical visit
An architect and a building engineer visit your home — anywhere in Madrid and the surrounding area.
We walk through the rooms with you, measure, and listen to what you want and what worries you.
A clear proposal and a real number, line by line — a serious starting point, with no commitment.
Real photos · no renders
Madrid homes we've finished — and people now live in
English spoken — international clients are very welcome. Wherever you've landed in Madrid, from the centre to Las Rozas, Aravaca, Pozuelo or anywhere in the metropolitan area, we'll come and see your home.
